Most immediately, I am curious as to how the various members of the NUMC family feel about the rather vigorous, and sometimes nefarious, debate about healthcare reform. Pro? Con? Neutral? Why? Concerns? </FONT></P> <P><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>Should 50 million uninsured Americans be held hostage because of conflicts among the stakeholders? Why is it that 6 lobbyists are assigned to each senator and representative in Washington? Is that an invitation to fair play or to politica a usual? We see, real-time, the consequences on no insurance or underinsurance among our patients on a daily basis.
